Every now and then, I volunteer at a weekend reading program where we read along with 1st grade kids from the school. So nice to be able to actually work with the kids instead of being behind the scenes coordinating. Thank you, Buddy, for introducing me to the program. 🙂

I usually don’t eat fortune cookies, and if I don’t eat it, I don’t feel right claiming it as my fortune. This time though, I ate a few bites of it and read my fortune. This was a few weeks ago – what pleasant surprise is in store for me?

We recently celebrated Connie’s birthday with some wine I gave to her 3 or 4 years ago! Moscato d’asti dessert wine. It’s about TIME.

These fairs are great! I can never leave without buying something. This time around I got some jewelry and a new passport cover. Could not resist. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon!

Ok, so LA seriously confuses me. Where else can you go where its over 80 degrees…in December?! No complaints here. I love being able to wear shorts in December! Love sunny so cal winters… 🙂
