It’s been a while since I’ve blogged! Been so so busy! I’m now a year older…eeks. I got myself a birthday gift – the Canon 7D…so excited! Anyway, today is Halloween, so Happy Halloween! Stopped by the pumpkin patch today for a little photo shoot.

[230/365] Oktoberfest, Alpine Village, Torrance, California, USA

Happy Oktober! Oh, how I’d love to go to Oktoberfest in Germany! Since I haven’t made it out there for it, I guess this one in Torrance will have to do. My new 40 ounce Oktoberfest ceramic stein sure was happy. 🙂

[216/365] Field of Vegetables, Watsonville, California, USA

What kind of vegetable is this? You’re asking the wrong person – I have no idea. It makes for cool looking field photos though! Passed by this as we left the Manresa State Beach. To our right were strawberry fields and to our left was this lush field of perfectly parallel rows of greenery.

[215/365] Barrels, San Antonio Winery, Los Angeles, California, USA

The San Antonio Winery is a historical landmark in Los Angeles. It is actually the only winery within the city of Los Angeles, surviving prohibition by exclusive wine production for the Catholic Church. Learned a lot on the tour about the people behind the winery and about the production of the wine. Enjoyed my visit!

Finally got to see the San Antonio Winery in East Los Angeles! As we waited for the winery tour to begin after we did the tasting, we strolled around the gift shop. These were wine-inspired birthday cards with birth year and age containing facts about significant events and celebrity birthdays in that year.

Hello, friends! Happy Sunday! This is a photo I took a while ago outside the Norton Simon Museum in Pasadena. Sorry, my photo descriptions have been lacking…can’t get myself to write substantial information about each photo.
